Regina Dominican High School currently offers 11 sports, two of which occur in the winter season. Both the Basketball and Bowling teams ended the season with victories in a multitude of areas highlighting a resurgence in competitiveness and overall season successes.
Basketball
- 16th IHSA Regional Championship beating Chicago Math and Science on February 16th.
- 2nd consecutive IHSA Championship (First since 2003)
- Best winning percentage since 2013
- 3rd in ISL with 6-2 conference record
- Beat Walter Payton on Title IX Day
- 3 Freshman in starting lineup, top 2 scorers are freshman (Olivia Fraterrigo/Jillian DeFranza)
- Hosted Regional for first time ever in school history
Bowling
- Finished season with 7-1 dual match record
- 3rd place at MLK Invitational, hosted by Evanston TWP
- Had a school record 4735 pins at the IHSA Regional, finished 5th overall
- 3 bowlers advanced as individuals to the IHSA Sectional (Ella Grillo 1030 pins, Erin Collins 988 pins, Lily Grillo 920 pins)
- Erin Collins was 19th overall at the Sectional (1099 pins) to lead the Panthers
